The same rules apply here as with other furniture categories: brand and condition drive value. Pieces from manufacturers like Keilhauer, Coalesse, Humanscale, Teknion, and Steelcase carry strong secondary market demand. Neutral fabrics in clean condition — no staining, pilling, or fading — sell quickly.
